Progress on our new administration building is proceeding well.  We truly appreciate the support we have received from our customers regarding the need to relocate our headquarters site to the new location.  We have tried to design the new administrative building to be functional, to meet future needs, and to be customer friendly.

Although we will not be moving in until February of next year, we are beginning to think about wall decorations in the entry area, hallway and in the board room.    In the entry area and main hallway, we have decided to showcase Lincoln County.  In the board room we want to pay tribute to the 36 members of the board who have served since 1935.

Therefore, we are accepting high resolution photographs that can be enlarged to 24 inch x 36 inch size that showcase Lincoln County.  We are looking for photographs that show all areas of Lincoln County, from Pahranagat Valley to Lake Valley and all places in between.  We are looking for photographs that showcase the towns, the people, the events, and the spirit of Lincoln County.  We hope to select 12 photographs.  Photographers will be paid $75 for each photograph we accept.   If you are interested, submit your photographs to  Remember, photographs must be able to be enlarged to poster size, which means a high pixel count.  Depending on the scene, pixel counts may need to be 8,000 or higher.   Submit your photographs by January 15, 2019.

We are also looking for photographs of former board members.  If you have a photograph of any of the following individuals, please let us know.  For old black and white photographs, we can scan them here at the Power District office.  You don’t have to give us the original.  Just let us scan it.  If you have newer digital photos, please email them to   If you know a family member of board members listed below that may have moved away, please let them know about our search for photographs and ask them to contact us.  The below is a list of photographs we are looking for:
