Applicant Agreement:

Applicant for the rebate is the final owner of the irrigation equipment installed.  Suppliers and installation contractors are not eligible to apply.

Applicant must allow representatives of Lincoln County Power to inspect the installation and verify that the irrigation efficiency improvements are properly installed and operational.

Applicant understands and agrees rebates will be applied against the electric account used for service to the irrigated field.

Applicant has not received any rebate from Lincoln County Power during a five-year period prior to the date of this application.

Applicant understands that applications for rebates will be reviewed and approved by Lincoln County Power on the basis of the order in which eligible applications are received.  The number of rebates to be issued each year is subject to the program budget set by Lincoln County Power.  Applications received after budget limits have been reached will be retained for consideration in the following budget year.
