If your power goes off unexpectedly.
First check to see if your neighbors have power. If you are the only one without power, it may be that your main circuit breaker has tripped. Check your electrical panel.
If you don't find a problem there, look outside at the service cable connected to your house. If it is down, don't go near it since it may still be energized. Instead, immediately call us or your local fire department.
If after checking your electrical panel you think there is a power outage, call us at:
- 775-728-8200
- 888-649-3814
When you call, we will need your name, service address, phone number, how long your power has been off.
If you can't get through, chances are many other people are calling us and our phone is busy. Please continue trying until you get an answer or you can submit an outage notification form by clicking the button below.
Please note, this outage reporting form is for Lincoln County Power in Nevada. If you are in another state, do not use this form. Search the internet for your correct utility.
